I am so pleased with this website! They responded promptly. I got both of my orders within a week. My first hoodie came 4 days after I ordered it. The second one took 3 extra days, so on day 4 when I didn't receive any updates I reached out. They responded within a few hours. The following day I got updated information on the order for my second hoodie. It wasn't supposed to come for a couple weeks both times and I got them 4 days and 7 days after the orders were placed. The quality is great and the designs were exactly what I ordered. The sizes were spot on as well. I will definitely order from them again.
I saw the ad for this puzzle picture on tik tok, and I loved it and wanted to order one for my boyfriend. Once I placed the order I got nervous that maybe it was a scam. So I emailed customer service asking about shipping and they were very nice and helpful. They kept me updated until my order arrived. My package did take a few weeks to get to me but once it did I was very satisfied and happy with how it came out!

I love this and how it turned out, but I do want to say that it’s super hard to stand it up. The stand isn’t made that well it seems. Overall though great product and my boyfriend loved it :)

Shirt lettering looks as if it will wear off quickly in the washer.. definitely turn this inside out to prolong lettering.. But yes it came in a timely manner and everything is correct the way I ordered it
The shirt we ordered was perfect. The shipping was very slow but that's not the fault of Giftago. Shipping these days are terrible.
