While our LED Candles provide a lovely glow, they do not emit scent like traditional candles. However, you can always pair them with your favorite scented candles for a delightful ambiance!

Absolutely! Our LED Candles are made from safe materials and don’t produce real flames, so you can enjoy the ambiance worry-free around little ones and furry friends!

Simply wipe them down with a soft, damp cloth to remove dust or dirt. Avoid using harsh chemicals, and your candles will look great for years to come!

We can give you a refund unconditionally if you cancel your purchase within 6 hours. Every cancellation request which is raised later than 6 hours from the purchasing time will not be accepted.

The processing time in the factory will be 2 - 5 days. After being shipped out, the order will need 8-20 business days (US Standard Shipping) more to arrive at your location. You will also be informed of the tracking link in an email once the order left the factory.

While we print a portion of our products at our US facilities, we also operating with several fulfillment centers around the world (EU, UK, Australia, and Asia) to offer our shoppers a greater variety of merchandise.
