1. CANCELLATIONSWe can give you a refund unconditionally if you cancel your purchase within 6 hours. Every cancellation request which is raised later than 6 hours from the purchasing time will not be accepted.
However, please be well-informed that if you cancel order, 30% of your total order value should be charged for the cancellation because we need to pay for management, processing, and transaction fee on Paypal/Stripe.
2. CHANGE ORDER INFORMATION POLICY
If you realize you have made an error in shipping address or purchasing, simply e-mail us as soon as possible. We will support you to correct the information.Please be noted that: we can only change your order information within 12 hours. You, the customer will void any replacements or refunds if correct shipment information isn't provided within 12 hours.Please check the order confirmation email which is sent to you right after your order is placed to check all the information.
3. REFUND & REPLACEMENT POLICY
Please be reminded that our policy lasts 30 days for replacement/refund request only. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a replacement or refund.

At this time we do not offer Return in any case, we just offer replacement. If your item is defective, you don't need to return the original item and we will resend you a replacement for free.

Please allow the 20% difference between advertised images and the actual item you received as sometimes advertised images may slightly different from actual item in terms of color due to the lighting during photo shooting or the monitor's display.

Our support team will review the photos/videos you send of the defective item and, if your item is eligible, we will resend the product to you for no additional cost to you. In the rare case that sending a replacement product is not practical, we will reimburse you the full cost of the eligible product (including shipping costs).
